Sarah Van Hoven is the former Director of Human Resources at WME, Nashville. WME is part of Endeavor, the leading entertainment, sports and media company in the world. 

Over the last decade, Sarah has helped WME navigate massive growth both in New York City and Nashville, identifying and building-up key hires that have contributed directly to the company’s success. 

As head of HR and Culture for the Nashville office, it was Sarah’s responsibility to ensure WME was a safe and supportive workplace, where ideas and innovation flourished. She started at the company in 2007.

Prior to joining WME/Endeavor, Sarah worked at NBCUniversal in their prestigious Page Program. There she worked across the NBC programming lineup, including The Today Show, SNL, NBC Nightly News, Hulu and others. 

She graduated Summa Cum Laude, With Honors, from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Communications. She lives in Nashville with her husband and their two children.
