How employer verification works

Most job boards check the job. We check the employer first. No check, no listing.

  1. ApplyTell us your legal name, country and company number.
  2. ConfirmWe match the register, your domain email and the person posting.
  3. BadgeVerified (3 checks) or Gold verified (5 checks).
  4. PostPublish to every country. Re-checked every 90 days.

The five checks

  • Business registryCompany number matched with the official register in its country.
  • Domain and emailRecruiters post from an email on the company domain. Free webmail cannot publish.
  • Authorised signatoryThe person posting is checked against photo ID and a letter of authority.
  • Tax and payroll (Gold)Tax or payroll registration confirmed.
  • Trading address (Gold)Trading address confirmed by letter or a live video walk through.

What Verified and Gold mean

Verified employers passed the first three checks: business registry, company domain email and the identity of the authorised person posting. Gold verified employers also passed a tax or payroll registration check and a trading address check.

Rules every employer agrees to

  • Every new listing shows a pay range, the work mode (remote, hybrid or on-site) and the real location.
  • No fees to apply, no requests for bank details, identity documents before an offer, or crypto.
  • Conversations stay professional and lawful, and candidates are treated fairly.
  • Accounts are re-checked every 90 days and whenever key details change. Failing a check pauses every listing.
